Jacob Hoyer
Founder & Coach
I'm a fifth-generation Lutheran pastor. After attending university in Atlanta, GA I spent a year traveling the globe on a missionary team, then worked for two years training and leading young adult missionaries. Since then, my wife and I have spent the last several years back in my original home of Central Florida leading a new church plant.
I prefer a bi-vocational model of ministry and so desire to have a secondary job alongside parish ministry. A few years ago I became certified in the Church Unique Vision Framing process -- a tried and true approach to helping church leaders clarify "who we are" and "where we're going" for their local church body. In 2018, I was able to be with 11 churches in 6 different states.

Jason Chavara
Coach
With more than ten years of experience as a nonprofit executive, I have spent over a hundred hours coaching Christian leaders and executives across both profit and nonprofit sectors. My passion lies in helping Christian leaders discover how to collaborate effectively with their supervisors, teams, and those they lead. I believe that leaders perform at their best when they are personally aware of their unique strengths—what I refer to as PQ (Personal Intelligence). Currently, I live in Central Florida with my wife and four children where I serve as a Metro Director for Young Life, overseeing multiple Young Life Areas.
I am a Certified Christian Leadership Coach (CCLC) through Coach Approach Ministry, and I hold certifications in Vision Strategy from Auxano Church Consulting, Nonprofit Leadership Management from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, Personal and Organizational Fundraising, and Trauma-Informed Training for Childhood Development (TBRI) through TCU.
