Just as no two churches are alike, every process to clarify church vision is unique. The typical Vision Framing proposal will include 8-10 months of work with a structure that includes about $1500-$3000 in monthly fees, plus any travel expenses. The proposal always includes all materials for the entire process.
The Vision Framing process is a series of collaborative meetings undertaken with a team of 8-12 church leaders (the “vision team”). It’s best if this vision team represents a cross-section of the congregation. At key points throughout the process, we bring in a broader group from among the congregation to get their input on the content that the vision team is developing.
